Catlea is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Catlea’s musical style covers an eclectic spectrum from alt-indie to rock, to pop and EDM. The alt-indie singer’s vocals range from angelic to raw and powerful. Complimenting their distinctive vocals, Catlea plays piano, acoustic guitar, rhythm guitar, and ukulele.
Catlea’s latest release, “Crumbling,” is a vivid and creative approach to expressing deep vulnerability through a playful lens. "For me, music has always been the point. It helps me get up in the morning, get through the day, and find meaning I’d otherwise miss in the moments in between the busy events of life. Music creates a space for me where I feel at home." -Catlea shares.
”Crumbling” was produced by Claudia Mills (BITTERS) and her incredible instrumental talent as well as featuring Nick Tsang (Ed Sheeran, The Script, Lewis Capaldi) on piano. Working closely with renowned mixer and masterer Jason Boshoff (Josh Groban, David Gray, Rufus Wainwright) at Room to Studios in Barcelona, Spain, and recording all vocals locally at PLAY Audio (formerly Gwynne Sound), Catlea is set to deliver a truly memorable musical experience.
