Lloyd Back is a relaxed and easy listening performer, with a
‘folky/country’ style, whose songs draw on both his own and other
people’s life experiences and are songs that connect with people of
all ages from many differing walks of life.
Lloyd spent several years as lead singer in party covers band Fat Cow,
and a popular solo entertainer at clubs, pubs, weddings and other
functions. Eventually, however, he made the decision to focus on
song writing and recording, a decision he has never regretted.
With seven studio albums to his credit, Lloyd is an award-winning
artist in Australia, USA, Europe and South Africa. Lloyd has also
achieved a great deal of chart success with several #1 and numerous
Top 10 song releases over the years.
As well as working on his musical career, Lloyd has been employed
for almost 20 years as a Youth Worker, working with young people in
High Schools in his area. He still loves his work
Lloyd is happily married to his wife Sue, the inspiration for some of
his best songs, including the #1 “Travelling With You” and #1 “When
I’m With You”. Between them they have seven children and eight
grandchildren, and lots of animals
