From being the nominated resident DJ for his grandfather’s
fishing trips, to singing in church choirs, to writing poetry
and getting International airplay, Phill was born with a love
and connection to Country.
Phill spent years writing songs and playing throughout the
Eastern States of Australia until family life became his
priorities, before returning to performing in 2018.
Phill’s musical achievements continue to grow, recording
for the first time in 2020. He released his debut single
“Praying For Rain” in October 2020, which received
International airplay on terrestrial and online radio
stations. “Praying For Rain” spent 34 weeks on the Airplay
Express International Country Chart Top 40 and reached
the No. 1 spot!
Phill has played the Bluewater Country Music Festival and
gained a finalist placing in the Tamworth Songwriters
Association Awards in 2021. He was also a grand finalist in
FretFest at the 2020 Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Phill plans to continue balancing family life with music
whilst continuing to build his fan base and aspires to travel
