The track was originally composed and recorded in 1984, in 2024 the lyrics were rewritten and the song was re-recorded with a new arrangement. Although the synth sounds of the 80s were legendary and cool, the digital instruments of 2024 sound noticeably more dynamic and transparent.
Nevertheless, you miss the haptic and analogue feeling of an original Minimoog here and there, but the current sound has at least the same bite... ;)
